Bristol Sky Park - instructions for meet and greet parking service at Bristol International Airport

MEET & GREET PARKING - ARRIVAL PROCEDURE


A member of the Bristol Sky Park team will call you approximately half an hour before you are due to arrive and meet us at Bristol International Airport.

On arrival please go to the ‘Drop and Go’ car park which you can locate by following the pink/purple colour signs throughout. The car park is situated just past the departure terminal on the left hand side. One of our drivers from Bristol Sky Park will meet you here. Please note, that due to the airport tolls, you only receive 10 minutes within your price quote, if you enter this car park any sooner than advised by our team and extra fees are incurred, these will be billed to you.

MEET & GREET PARKING - RETURN PROCEDURE


Our team will be monitoring your inbound flight with the information you have supplied. Once you have landed, we ask that you call our office on 01275 332120 to liaise with our team. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs then please call the office to update the team. One of our drivers will be sent to meet you and return your vehicle to you in the ‘Drop and Go’ car park.

SHUTTLE SERVICE PARKING - ARRIVAL PROCEDURE


For Shuttle Service customers, you will be meeting us at our office HQ, which is located within The Stoke Inn, BS40 8XE. Upon arrival to the car park, please park your car and enter The Stoke Inn, where you will be greeted by a member of the team. Here, you will be asked to double check the details supplied relating to your booking, and hand over your car keys to us, so that we are able to transfer your vehicle to our secure parking compound. You will also be given instructions for your return to Bristol International Airport, based on your preferred choice (see below).

One of our drivers will be sent to meet you and pick you up from the ‘Drop and Go’ car park in one of our shuttle bus vehicles. You will then be brought back to our site, where you can take full advantage of the facilities that we have on offer here at Bristol Sky Park.
